    Please indicate at least your top ten preferred flight times with 1 being your first choice. For example, if your first choice is 8:00 place 1 in the 8:00 box. If your second choice is 8:20 place the number 2 in the 8:20 box and so forth until you have your top 10 preferred flight times recorded. If you are flying more than 1 bird, fill out this form for each bird.

    Be sure to click the yellow "Submit Times" button below. You should see "Your message was sent successfully. Thanks." Indicating your flight preferences have been recorded.
